Personalizations

The automatic production process allows without any problem the creation of "customized products". Ticomm & Promaco offers a personalization service that goes beyond the grating's coloring while the "special manufacturing" department is able to satisfy many of the clients requests.

Planning and structural calculus

Ticomm & Promaco, having already established itself as a leader in its own field, has enlarged its technical staff and endowed the design department with the most sophisticated automation systems: CAD, 3D visualization, finite elements modeller and advanced calculus methodologies regarding composites.
The technical staff specializes in the field of corrosion and composite/compound materials and finds itself in the position of calculating and designing complete PRFV structures.

Assembling and Installation

Ticomm & Promaco, besides designing, can also assemble the structures in its specialized assemblyshop, or deliver the marked material furnished with full installation designs.
Upon request, Ticomm & Promaco's qualified staff can install and test the whole system directly within the client's establisment.

Customized sizes

To provide a more and more personalized service, Ticomm & Promaco offers a customized service for the grating panels, so that their laying could be facilitated.
Construction designs are drawn up by the technical department and submitted to the client's approval. Then the customized size panels are marked so that they tally the layout design.

Delivery time

Due to the investments made to increase the technological level of the production department, Ticomm & Promaco has at its disposal a EUROGRATE® gratings warehouse always well-supplied with the standard patterns.
Besides, the production capacity allows for a high-speed production so that customer needs can be satisfied in short periods of time.

In order to satisfy the requests of its customers and distributors, Ticomm & Promaco has incremented the stock of pultruded profiles, both structural and for additional elements. The great majority of the beams stocked in the warehouse are either of classic yellow safety colour or of grey colour.
