The pultruded profiles are used as a support material to create the following products:

• self-supporting structures;
• handrails;
• fencing;
• vertical ladders.

The pultruded profile increases its stability and safety features by applying the appropriate resins that make it self-extinguishing based on the type of resin (isophthalic, vinylester or acrylic) that you want to use.

The pultruded profiles are applied in different sectors since they are a composite materials, resist any load and, especially, do not deform over time.
Therefore, the structures that can be designed are essentially light but not very resistant to aggressive environments and extreme conditions.

Eurograte, before marketing a pultruded profile, directly checks that the profile was prepared physically and mechanically, conducting all the required tests to determine its level of non-deformability and resistance to traction, elasticity, breaking and shock.

Eurograte has even studied the location and direction of the fiberglass (single direction or cross section) to get a different level of resistance (axial or horizontal).
