The pultrusion, actuated during the grid production phase, is a continual chemical process that works by passing fiberglass, pulled by a thread, through an area soaked with polymeric resins.

This material is then placed in the appropriate heated pultrusion mold and is pulled through it to be molded and, thanks to the heat, this starts a real isothermal reaction that begins the component's hardening process. This way, a fiberglass profile is produced, completely polymerized by different sections and sizes.
